Where is my order

  • Has anyone had a problem getting this? I ordered overnight shipping of the Charge 6 on April 9th.  Fitbit has taken my money and I have no watch. I've spoken to 35 unhelpful "customer service people" All they can say is they don't know where it is. NONE OF THEM WILL HELP.
  • My money has been taken, the watch has not shipped.
  • I've sent photos that the money has been withdrawn from my account 
  • I feel like I've been stolen from
  • So I'm out the money I have no watch and no answers
  • This is a terrible way to conduct business
  • I'd ask for my money back but I'm afraid they won't be able to find that either.

  • What a joke

Same here, I ordered mine April 6th, and it still says on back order…

I've attempted to go thru customer service reps via chat, but they’re not very helpful.

Same since April 4th... I don't believe they charge your card, it's a hold that should expire in 7 days or so, but still what a joke. Support just parrots the same auto-response while the website continues to say "ships in March".

 

Clearly support is heavily outsourced, there's little to no feedback loop between that team and the shipment/fullfillment or product development for that matter.
