White screen

A few days ago my Charge 6 display just gave me a white screen; I tried restarting it but it just shows a white screen. It still works and tracks steps and heart rate, but I can’t use any functions.

Same problem here! Tried to reset but nothing works. Have you found out how to solve it?

Since you've tried the recommended troubleshooting steps without success, you should contact Fitbit support (<-- click link). They will likely have you try troubleshooting steps again to determine if your device is defective. Once they confirm that your Fitbit is defective, they should let you know what are your options under warranty.

Well, contacted support, because i live in Peru they no longer offer any warranty, so this is my last Fitbit. i felt sad because I had one for 5 years and I loved the app, but I can't risk buying another and having the same thing happen.

I contacted Fitbit support, it is still in my warranty period so they will send me a new one.
