Why has my Charge 6 stopped collecting Cardio Fitness

I went from a Charge 5 to a Charge 6 in October this year. All good, except when I check my Cardio Fitness score it shows my last measurement of 39 from my previous Fitbit. The Charge 6 shows "No Data", yet it collects all other heart related data - RHR, time in Zones etc. Any ideas?
