Why i can not pay if my bank is ING Italia?

Hi,

I'm able to pay using Google Wallet on my smartphone, but I'm not able to pay with the same card using my Fitbit Charge 6. Why?

I have an ING creedit card and an ING debit card. In Italy.

Can you help me?

I'm not sure why you're having problems with using your payment card on your Charge 6. According to this page listing the supported Italian banks (<-- click), it should work. 

It may be best to contact Support (<-- click). I provided the link to the Italian language support page. Please complete the prompts until you get the option to chat or call.

So I don't understand to resolve my problem. For you I must to register my card on fitbit after I have erase it from google wallet?

For you is it possible use the card on fitbit charge 6 and on my smartphone too? Or I have to use only one device?
