Why is Google maps not working on my charge 6

Google maps doesn't start on my charge 6 it just keeps saying to make sure Google maps is open on both devices which it is. I updated the firmware and not sure why it's not working

I see what you are going through regarding the Google Maps option on your device, let me recommend you this following article for you to understand more details about the feature on your Charge 6. How do I use Google Maps on my Fitbit device?

I also recommend you to confirm that you have the latest Version of the app which is now the 4.57, for you to know how to check that read the article How do I use the Fitbit app? in the section ¨How do I update the Fitbit app?¨
