Hey everyone, I've been having sleep issues for years now and finally got a home sleep study test. I have sleep apnea, even though my fitbit tracker was showing 'low' oxygen variation. In my sleep section in fitbit, it did show heart rate spiking. With my sleep study, my oxygen saturation was getting as low as 90% and heart rate as high as 101 bpm. So even if your oxygen variation is low and not in the warning/danger zone, you could still need treatment.
