Hello @64D and welcome to the Community.  Can you add more details about this Spotify ad?  Sometimes you can't add a photo with a first post, but you should be able to add it now.  A picture will help.  Do you use an app like this Notification Playback on your phone?  Spotify control isn't available on the Charge 6, only YouTube music control.
