My charge 6 only ever recorded health metrics intermittently. Contacted support and tried various steps with no success. After the support contacts I recieved an email that stated support was working on the issue, diligently no less. They promised to get back to me. I left in their hands, based upon the promise made in the email. After a few weeks, not hearing anything I contacted them again, by email. I recieved a response, they had not heard from ME, so they closed the case. This appears to be thier diligent response, promise to look into the issue and then close it.
