Hi there, my fitbit has an message on the face- sync from the fitbit mobile site. I try on my mobile app and I get to the update screen but the update button does not press.i have deleted app and reloaded, forgot device, restarted my phone, tried the reset process on the charger - nothing. its stuck in a doom loop- needs to update but wont update. the app is up to date. at this rate its going in the bin!
