charge 6 will not wake up and have been told the warranty is out. So far no recourse

Charge 6 did not wake up a week ago.

Have tried all the remedies recommend in these topics and remedies suggested by fitbit.

Nothing works.  It is totally dead. Purchased December as a gift.  It is out of warranty and

No one seems to know whats wrong.  Definitely would not recommend this product.

Bought as a gift for my husband for Christmas.

Sorry I bought it.  Seems like it is not eligible to be returned.

Warranty supposed to be a year. Charge 6 came out September 2023...

As @Sean_in_sd mentioned, the Charge 6 should still be under warranty since you mentioned it was purchased in December 2023.

Please contact Fitbit support (<-- click link). They will let you know what are your options under warranty.
