Charge6 worked fine for 2 weeks than no updates in fitbit app, won't sync. Tried new software, button reset, reset with charger and finally reset from settings menu on cgarge6, now does nothing except says to download new fitbit app. I have gone thru all the steps on fitbit website plus forums, etc. Sounds like alot of others are having issues!!

Hi @pgvsburg since you reset the Charge6, you brought it back to a factory out of box experience. This is why you are being told to download the Fitbit App
You need to open the fitbit app and setup a new device.
You may have to remove the Charge 6 from your phones Bluetooth.
If you have an android phone, you should soon get a popup on the phone, asking to setup a Charge 6
