As someone who is neurodivergent, this device has frustrated me to no end because its inability to search for it when lost. The strap is really loose, and at least once a week it goes missing and I have to call my phone to hope it will vibrate to find where it is. Even cheap Chinese ones have these features.

This help page (<-- click) recommends using a Bluetooth locator app to help find a misplaced Fitbit device. It's might be easier to use the Bluetooth locator app instead of calling your phone to make the device vibrate.
