Hi, on Fitbit.com the Dashboard of my Charge 6 did not show any information anymore from one day to another. I removed my Charge 6 from the Dashboard to try and solve the problem. Idea was to pair it again - but now I am stuck - no instructions on how to pair a device on Fitbit.com and I can t find a way.
On my Dashboard it now says : "no devices paired". To be clear this is not about the Fitbit app - it is about how to see my information on Fitbit.com website - Thanks, Leen

Many users are having trouble viewing the fitbit.com dashboard in general. It is nothing that you did wrong. There is nothing that separates it from the phone app, and no such thing as removing the fitbit.com dashboard from the Charge 6 without removing the whole fitbit app. It is just another google/fitbit coding problem. Some people are not experiencing it, and some people claim to have gotten around it by clearing their browser cache, but that often just seems to be a temporary fix. I think the problem arose because they added a line on the fitbit.com dashboard referring you to the phone app, and links to the Google stores, and in the process somehow seem to have messed up its visibility for many users. Hopefully the developers will see their errors and get it fixed soon.
