Hi, @Deimante97 , the best way of starting this connection is via MyFitnessPal.  You might find the steps outlined here helpful.  

Also please see this help article from Google which explains how generally to connect your Fitbit account with another, partner app - and uses MyFitnessPal as an example.  As this Google article explains, if you use an Android phone you have the option to connect your Fitbit to other health apps (including MyFitnessPal) via HealthConnect.  To do that you will also need to have a google email account as your Fitbit login.

But, as I said above, Health Connect is only one option - the first link I shared will tell you how to do it using either Android or iOS and without Health Connect.
