How do you stop charge 6 from vibrating in the middle off the night?

It sounds like you're getting notifications at night. The best way to disable them is to set up a sleep schedule in the Fitbit app. This will put your Charge 6 into Bedtime mode during your sleep schedule. Bedtime mode is the equivalent of Do Not Disturb. You will only get notifications from your favorite contacts, if you have any set up in your phone's contact list.

Also, when your Charge 6 is in Bedtime mode, the display will not turn on when you turn your wrist. You will need to double tap the screen to wake it up.
