Hi all,

I have Fitbit charge 6 which is two years old. It's display got damaged during an accident.

I wish to stay with Fitbit devices only, so i was looking for "loyalty discount or upgrade program".

@RajuFt   Fitbit doesn't have a loyalty discount or upgrade program.  According to the Fitbit Limited Warranty, accidental damage isn't covered by the warranty at all.  This includes scratches and dents.
