Time is off by 3 minutes

My fitbit charge hr is slow by 2-3 minutes. How do I change it?

The tracker should sync the time with the device you are syncing it to, i.e, the phone or computer.

My fitbit is 2 minutes slower than the device it is linked to. I don't know how to sync it.

Welcome to our Community @Dayneech! Hope you're doing great! I noticed @USAF-Larry provided you with a great suggestion. Try restarting your tracker by following the steps @SunsetRunner  provided here and then make sure to do the following:

1. Open the Settings app on your Android. 
2. Tap "Date and time." 
3. Tap "Automatic date and time." 

4. Sync your tracker with your mobile device.

Well, it's really odd that the time in your Charge HR is off only for 3 minutes, Fitbit use the timezone set in the phone and also in the account to set this information. So in this case the recommendation is following the next steps:

• If you're using an Android phone, please follow these steps to set the timezone automatically in your phone and Fitbit app.
• If you're an iOS user, try with these instructions.
• You can also modify this information from the online Dashboard.

If this does not work, please restart the tracker and try the previous steps again. Give them a try and let me know the outcome.

My Charge2 is off by 2 minutes, just happened this morning. I tried the instructions given, but it it still off. Any other suggestions?

I used the app to view my Charge 3. It automatically began to sync. That fixed my time that was behind by 3 minutes. 
My charge had not been synced in 4 months, so I guess it was overdue.

What if you don’t have an android. I have an iphone and you can’t get the choice of date and time. I have looked this up several times but it is not giving me any answers
