Best way to estimate component ingredients for homemade meals?

I'm making homemade soup with veggies, mushrooms, beans and a chicken stock base.  Is there an easy way to log the component ingredients on a per serving basis?  Tips and tricks out there for that?  Any insights would be helpful.  Thanks!

When I was logging food I would use MyFitnessPal it can link to your FitBit food log and import the totals for each meal. You can build up a "recipe" from the parts in it and set your "serving size". Takes a little bit of work to setup the recipe at first but once it is done its available to use anytime.

It will tally up the carbs, fat, protein etc. from the constituent parts, or you can override it and just enter in the carbs, fat, etc. yourself.

Weigh ingredients as you go then measure by cup or weight when you're done.  I think myfitnesspal is a good option.  I use an old piece of software (Fitday) that I own to do this.
