Calorie counting on fitbit

I've read that the fitbit calorie target meter is prorated throughout the day. Is there any way to change the time for which it is prorated for? For example, i wake up at 7am and stop eating after 9pm. Can i manually put in those hours for the time i will be eating?

I hate that its almost 9pm and i have 345 calories left but im in the zone so therefore if i eat anything it will put me over target. Is there anyway to improve on this?

Lol I know what you mean. I would much prefer to have my calorie target given to me in the morning (except the exercise calories of course) so I know where I am going with it. But you cant change it on Fitbit. Thats just the way it is!
