Hi all,
I'm on the hunt for a crockpot recipe book for complete novices to both a kitchen and a crockpot which includes the nutritional information. I'm keen to start using a crockpot as its been recommended to me by a number of people as a way to wean myself from my junk food lifestyle.
So far, such a book doesn't seem to exist so I'm hoping someone can help.
Thanks!

@TaffyApple, the best bet is to Google search from something like "crockpot recipes with nutritional information" - it will bring up lots and lots of recipes with nutritional information included. Here are a few sites with good recipes:

Thanks for your help (sorry for the late reply - my internet's been a little cuckoo)
I am really shocked how many recipe books are on the market that targeting those pursuing weight loss that don't even include basic nutritional information. Its bad enough I'm a singleton and most of the servings sizes are based on cooking for a family.
I won't use it as an excuse but I have never learnt to cook, meal plan or anything. As a child my parents kept me out of the kitchen, the only thing they trusted me to do is warm something in the microwave. Trying to sort my eating habits out as a result has been nothing but an uphill battle.

Oh wow! Thanks so much for this. I cannot believe after all the Amazon searches I did, they actually had what I wanted. Even came up with some additional reads that might suit. Need to wait until payday but this is going to help!

I don't know that I would have found it, but my mom bought it at Sam's. After I borrowed it for a week, I decided it was worth owning and searched by name. It's a good book. Everything I've made out of it has been good. Even has a bonus non-crock pot, diet friendly desserts section - highly recommend the root beer float pie.

I've mentioned these books on two other threads, but they are my favorite Crock Pot cookbooks. Yes, they have nutritional information that includes calories, total fat, sat fat, sodium, carbs, fiber, and protein. The only thing that's missing was "Calories from fat", which isn't too much of a loss.
"Fix It and Forget It Lightly"
"Fix It and Forget It Diabetics"
