@Karan5595 How did you do on your exam? Just seeing this message, thus the late response. I hope you did well and found a way to get past your sugar craving. Fruit is a quick fix, but to really manage the craving, you need to go 100% process sugar free for 28 days. Going 'clean' (sorry, I think this term is overused right now) will reset your desire for sweets that contain processed sugar and nature sugar found in fruits and veggies will be all the sweets you need.
