I just made some potato salad using 6 medium red potatoes, 1 cup mayo, 1/2 cup yellow mustard, 2 ribs celery. How can I log this? Do I have to list each ingredient separately or can I make a list? How do I calculate calories?

You can also have more than a serving size but you need to know what it is to count the calories correctly

List all ingredients and divide by the number of servings. Or google for a recipe builder. Several out there

How do you figure the number of servings or doesn't it matter how big a portion is?
