How do you input a recipe and save it into individual serving portions?

I would recommend using MyFitnessPal for your food logging (it syncs directly into your fitbit account).  It has a recipe calculator and you can enter in how many servings a recipe makes and it calculates it all and saves it for you.

You can enter individual ingredients, then enter the number of servings. It will calculate all the nutritional info from there for each serving.

Then when you add a custom food to fitbit app just enter that info and choose 1 serving for serving size.
