@WILDTIGGER2 ya low blood sugar can suck sometimes. Just give yourself a little more time to get up, have more coffee and before lifting if still feel it, can do little cardio.

Thanks. No coffee for this guy. Was at wor k feeling low took it and then
ate a low carb protein bar. Felt better and ran up stairs to my patients

Mine is genetic induced. Trying to keep it controlled with diet, one end
and exercise.

Yes That is the only diet that really works for me.. I have tried them all.

Quest has vanilla and chocolate protein powder is great with low sugar and tastes great!
