I was diagnosed with menieres disease a few months back, which is an inner ear problem that causes tinnitus and vertigo. It is not pleasant to say the least. I still have symptoms but they are drastically better with the new diet my ent doctor put me on. So, it sounds boring and plain, but I've had to cut out salt, saturated fats, processed foods, caffeine, nicotine, tobacco and alcohol. Grocery shopping was difficult in the beginning but it's been easier with time. I'm down 51lbs and counting, and I can't wait to see where this new lifestyle change brings me. Anyone else have these dietary restrictions? And any suggestions on food to eat?
