Paleo beginner

Can anyone advise a beginner Paleo dieter?  I have read books and apps but need an easy way to start meal planning in order to lose weight.  Any thoughts?

Weight loss is primarily about getting the caloric content of your diet at the right level, in relation to your total energy expenditure. It doesn’t really matter what type of eating style you are following: paleo, Mediterranean, Atkins, vegan, Whole 30, DASH etc.
