Saturated Fat vs others

As a heart attack survivor I am trying to keep a close watch on Saturated Fat, but the Fitbit log doesn't break it down into Sat Fat, Mono, Polyunsaturated, etc. Sure wish they could do that! Does anyone else need to have it happen?

I'm not sure but have you tried My Fitness Pal?  I haven't used it in a while but its worth checking out to see if it meets your needs

Not using MyFitnessPal, but I believe it’s as @WendyB says: it breaks down fats between monounsaturated, polyunsaturated, saturated and trans. This help article explains how to connect your Fitbit account to MyFitnessPal.

Here is some more info on fats & MyFitnessPal.

Thanks for the suggestion! I'll check it out. I am connected to MyFitnessPal--they see to have a bigger data base.
