I saw another topic like this that was closed, but not solved apparently.
I am writing to tell you that I partially found a solution, but I would like an update from Fitbit, since the same problem can occur again in future.
Basically, I bought my device mainly for the smart alarm feature, and everything was working so perfectly. The only feature that was annoying me was the constant vibration telling me I was walking a lot in those days, so I tried to disable it (but found out it is not possible) and ended up changing all my goals. By making them hardly reachable I thought that I could have solved the problem annoying me. Not only it did not work, but from that day all alarm vibrations on my Fitbit stopped working.
Today I finally followed the restart and reboot procedures to try fixing the issue instead of returning the Fitbit, and it worked luckily....but software improvements can still be made.
