Motivate during exercises

My fit2 pro would vibrate after 10 min of exercise and say good job and motivate me to keep going, why doesn't  my versa do something similar to this? To me this should be standard on all fitness bands.! Make it happen! I miss this feature

I think motivational cues would be a good thing when someone is ready to give up “keep goin your doin great” “don’t stop your almost there” and maybe “good job” at the end of a workout. For some of us who lack the motivation especially when on your journey alone it helps to hear in my opinion
