You can remove the tile like any other tile

Computer on dashboard click on the square dots upper left corner. And remove the check mark

Phone: Dashboard scroll to bottom and tap edit. Remove any tiles you want

Here is an article that might help as well

I'd go into your account settings and make sure that it says Male and not Female.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @MAVRICKThanks for bringing this to our attention. This is not expected behavior and our team is investigating the issue. To remove the tile from your dashboard, please follow @WendyB's advise. Press ‘Edit’ on the bottom of your dashboard and click the ‘X’ icon.

Also, please make sure that your Fitbit app is up-to-date. A new update is rolling out!

Thanks for your help @faerieflyinfree
