ACE LTE not connecting after I changed old expired credit card for monthly charge

Can you assist? Will not link with our apps. The previous service was canceled do to old credit card monthly payment. I know new card is working has I have been charged

It might be best to contact Ace LTE Support (<-- click) to help you get the Ace LTE to connect. Complete the prompts until you get the option to chat or call. In your situation, it might be best to talk to a support person.
