Hello, my son has only had his Fitbit Ace 3 LTE for an hour and the screen is lagging and doing something weird when he swipes to a new screen. I’m extremely disappointed, this is not a cheap watch but is already not working. I need someone to help please! Thank you

Since it sounds like your son's Ace LTE is brand new, the device might be downloading an update. That could cause the screen to lag.
Have you had a chance to restart the Ace to see if that improves the screen response?

Screen issues are usually solved by restarting the device. To do so:
- Long press the top side button
- Select restart
If the steps above do not work, try the following:
Long press both side buttons for 20 seconds (may take longer) until the white logo appears. The watch should restart and be usable again once the restart completes.
