Our 9yr old turned on accessibility mode and now settings are unavailable to turn the feature OFF. We’ve tried power off, restarting, external controls in parent app.We are going to reset the device and start from scratch.

Thanks. The reset process made settings available again and we were able to turn off accessibility mode. Now, we hope our curious fingered active little guy will remember to stay out of settings. 🙂
