Ace LTE has a small crack and now doesn't work

My son dropped his fitbit and it craked at the bottom.  The watch now goes into the Gnome Heisters game at any time even while he is trying to access other things on his Ace Lte.  Right now it is on the charger flashing on and off of the game.  We have a subscription and I do not want to have to purchase a new watch and subscription. Has any one experienced this?
