Since my son woke up, guys watch time was off by hours and cannot call or text. Seems like an outage since nothing has changed for me since launch.

Do you meaning factory reset it? One change I noticed was that the Google wallet is now available in the Fitbit Ace app. Do there was a recent change by Google.
