I'm returning the Fitbit Ace LTE since the functionality is more limited than expected. The limitations on contacts that can be added is one of a few reasons that this device is not a good fit for my family. Since these limitations are not clearly stated, and we are required to pay for a subscription before accessing the functionality, is there a way to cancel and refund the subscription?

You need to contact customer service and ask but know Fitbit isn't known for refunding any subscriptions (hopefully, in this case, it will work differently).
