App's functionality

Fitbit app does NOT open anymore...just  blank page. Anyone else experiencing this?

Hi @Ananda8.  Your post is in a forum for a child's device.  Do you use an Android to iPhone?  Have you tried deleting then reinstalling the app?

Hi @Ananda8, and @LZeeW, welcome to  the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!

Let me help you with the blank page you see when you are attempting to access your Fitbit app. Thanks @LZeeW for your collaboration.

I believe this issue may be resolved by troubleshooting the fitbit app on your mobile.

If you are running the app on an iOS device, attempt to clear the fitbit app's cache. You should be able to do so by going to the Settings of your mobile > General > iPhone Storage, select the Fitbit app, and tap Offload App (which keeps data but removes the app to clear its cache) or Delete App (which removes all data and cache).

If you a running the fitbit app on an Android device, attempt to force quit the app if you haven't done so:

  • Open the Settings of your phone: Find and open the Settings app on your device.
  • Go to Apps: Tap on Apps or Apps & notifications.
  • Find the Fitbitapp. 
  • Select the Fitbit app.
  • Force Stop: Tap the Force Stop button and confirm by tapping OK.

In addition make sure you are running the latest version of the fitbit app. For reference see How do i use the fitbit app? > How do i update the Fitbit app?
