My son's Fitbit Ace LTE is lost. The battery has died, and it's no longer showing on the Fitbit app's location services. I expected to see a last known location, but the map is blank. Is there any way to retrieve this information

Hello @BrassYeti
In this thread from another parent with a similar issue (<-- click link), the team had confirmed that the last known location information is stored for only 24 hours.
You can use the feedback option in the Ace LTE app to give your input about this
Although it's likely that you won't receive a response, the team receives & reviews the feedback reports.

Thank you so much. Storing location data for 24 hours on a kid watch is crazy. I left feedback and i think everyone should too. This does not give me any confidence or peace of mind in the case where my child is taken or lost.
