Can you offer international roaming for Ace LTE?

Wondering if team can offer international roaming with Google Fi. Our family is a subscriber and it would be so good when traveling to keep track of my child

Hello @rs2024 and welcome to the Community.  This is definitely something that needs to be added.  However, the wording in this Help article suggests that the Ace LTE app won't work internationally at this time.  "To buy, set up or use a Fitbit Ace LTE or the Fitbit Ace LTE app you must be in the United States ..."

As @LZeeW mentioned, the Ace LTE is currently limited to the USA.

You might want to consider adding your vote and comments to this feature request: Make the Ace Pass Available Internationally (<-- click link). The developers monitor the Product Feedback forum to see what features are being requested for potential future implementation.
