Cannot add JP Morgan Chase Bank to Ace LTE

I'm trying to add a payment on my child's Fitbit Ace LTE watch. I'm limited due to you need a (Go Henry or Greenlight Acct.) why no other option it is inconvenient when I have a bank account and it is in conjunction with my child's. Please update to allow options to be added. Fitbit never restricted or limited me in the adult Fitbit devices on this matter.

There's a feature request in the Product Feedback forum to add Chase First Bank as a payment option for the Ace LTE (<-- click link). You can add your vote & comments to that request.

You can also use the Feedback option in the Fitbit Ace LTE app to submit this as a feature request. Tap on your profile picture in the upper right of the app and tap on Feedback. Complete the prompts and submit. Although you likely won't receive a reply, the team receives and reviews the submitted feedback.
