Just wondering if anyone knows what cell towers the new ACE LTE kids watch will be using? I cannot seem to find any information about it.

I'm also wondering about this. I live in Alaska and have Verizon as my provider. Will I be able to use the Ace Pass here?

Hello @firehawk2324 @ANR919
We aren't ignoring your questions. So far, we haven't seen any information about which cell towers are within the Ace Pass network.
As soon as we have info to share, we will return with a response.

I am also wondering this, as (1) location pinging and (2) call execution seem to be alarmingly inconsistent. And I'm in a metro area (Seattle).

I’m assuming it’s using google’s own google fi network. They have their own network that you can get if you have google phones. So I would look up their coverage.

I can't find specific information in the Ace LTE Help articles. Please note that Ace Pass coverage is limited to the United States. Google Fi Wireless has international capability.

Google Fi is actually T-Mobile's network.

I bought this for my kid.
Worked great in Utah. But It's not working in Alaska.

Also curious as I have the same carrier and based out of Alaska. None of the other products in this market are available for Alaska or at least the small town that I live in.

Hi @cmacdonald90 - Are you able to use T Mobile in your town? You can check it out here. That is the only service that uses the Ace LTE.
Hope this helps!

I am also assuming that it will use a google provider. Just like the gizmo watch from verizon, it only can use verizon.

The part of Alaska I'm in is considered extended coverage. Does that mean I will or will not be able to use it here? The only thing I know is that when we moved here, we had Mint Mobile (which uses T-Mobile towers) and we were forced to switch to Verizon, because Mint doesn't work here at all.
