I took a 5 week trip to Asian country, I forgot to have a charger with me. When I was back home in US, I started to charge it back, but the date isn’t up to date. I tried to sign up in on my IPhone ,it still does’t work. How can I solve this problem?

You don't need to sign up again, all you need to do is sign into your original account. Since the watch is dependant on the location that the phone and account are in, you need to verify in your Account Settings that your time zone is set to the correct time zone. If not, now is the time to change it.
Once you do that, all you need to do is sync your device again and it should correct itself.
