Hi - I’m trying to set up my son’s Google Fitbit Ace, and the set up seems to be happening, the watch is connected to Wi-Fi and then at the end of set up, I get an error message specifically identifying ERR_S101 as the problem. I’m stuck in a circular process to try to fix it, restarting the set up process and never getting through with the set up. The app on my phone does not show that the device is connected and I cannot seem to restart the device to try to fix the problem. Can you advise?

Hi @Agrodnik, sorry to hear this has happened! Are you able to access Settings on the Ace LTE by either long pressing the top button or swiping down on the watch face? From Settings, you should be able to select System > Disconnect & reset to factory reset.
