Finished the latest family quest can't find reward

Finished quest, We have looked everywhere but we can't find the cherry blossom tree epic reward. Checked in the trees area where the Christmas tree from one of the epic rewards we got for Christmas was and we've checked seemingly everywhere else.. ?? 

Where are they hiding this tree?

We could see it under the information for the monthly quest. But can't locate it otherwise.
