FitBit Ace LTE battery draining too fast

ANSWERED

We just bought the Fitbit Ace LTE for my daughter two days ago and we had to charge it three times yesterday to make it through the day. Today, since 6:30 am when it was removed from the charger until now (just before 10 am) , the battery has dropped to 39%. Is there a way to fix this or do we just need to return it? We tried a factory reset a couple of hours ago.

Hello @Cbmack1

The Ace LTE is designed to last about 16 hours with normal usage before needing to recharge. This help page has recommendations on extending the battery life (<-- click link).

If you don't see improvement in the battery life after making changes, it's possible that the Ace LTE has an issue. It might be best to get it exchanged.
