Recently my daughter was using her FitBit and the strap came loose causing it to fall off whilst playing with friends. We now have no way to contact her at all causing us some distress. Please can you look into a more secure design in future? We are not always needing to change the band designs as ofter as you think.
If there is any possibility we could ask for a replacement watch we would really appreciate it.

Hi @blightyusa you can always get with customer support to see what options are available to you, but normally they do not replace lost devices.
Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation.
