Fitbit Ace LTE Not Syncing Properly

My Fitbit Ace LTE isn’t syncing data with the app. It keeps showing “Sync Failed” even though Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are on. I’ve tried restarting both the watch and phone, reinstalling the Fitbit app, and updating firmware, but the issue remains.

Can anyone help me fix the Fitbit Ace LTE sync problem?

I'm following up on your issue with syncing the Ace LTE to the Ace app. Were you able to get the device to sync? 

Some of us Fitbit users have found that turning Bluetooth and WiFi off, then back on helped get our devices to sync. 

If that doesn't work and since you've tried the recommended troubleshooting, the next step would be to contact Ace Support (<-- click). Complete the prompt in Step 1. Tap Continue in Step 2 (ignore Resources) to get to Step 3 which has the contact options for Ace Support.
