We purchased the Fitbit ace lte the week it came out for our daughter and about 3 weeks in, it fell off her wrist and the screen cracked. I am trying to find out how I can get this fixed or replaced. Very frustrating spending almost $300 and it cracking this easily after 1 little fall. I have also been redirected about 4x and was told this was the correct team.

I was wondering if you ever got a satisfactory response to your issue. We ran into the same problem and could not get it replaced through Google/Fitbit. It is really frustrating because the same thing happened with our son and now we have a cracked glass so we can't safely have him use it.
