Fitbit Ace LTE "This card is still being setup for Google pay" when trying to add gohenry to watch.

I get an error while adding the card to the watch and after the error is says the card is ready to use, but I get a message saying the card is still being setup to use. I have given it two days, but it's still not working.

The team has asked if you would please submit this issue to them using the Feedback option from the Fitbit Ace LTE app on your phone.

  • Tap on your picture/icon in the upper right of the Ace LTE app
  • Select Feedback from the menu
  • Complete the information and submit
