Fitbit Ace LTE randomly restarts

I noticed my kid's Fitbit Ace LTE restarting one day as she was sitting on the couch (she had not been touching or looking at her watch). I pointed out it out to her and she said it had done that a few times earlier in the day. I asked her to tell me if it keeps happening, which it did. The watch was otherwise working fine but this seemed strange so I reached out to Google. They approved a replacement. My kid wore the new Fitbit Ace LTE today and said it also restarted but only once (that she noticed). Has anyone else had this happen?

I haven't seen any reports of it happening, however I would recommend you continue to work with Support and possibly see if they will honor another exchange, as this shouldn't be happening.
